    They're back <yikes> but instead of tiger and panther its Hyhothekenbank and Dekabank steam rolling over Europe with a boxed off french in tow. <laugh>

    Oh, yes. Bureaucracy is finally to achieve what two world wars could not. I don't mean to use a racial stereotype* but they are very ... efficient, aren't they?
