Its not neg rep but neutral rep. Its just that Clubin never had enough rep at the start to give you positive rep.
 
Cove - to be fair I think that is what you'd class as 'neutral rep'. It's what you get if somebody with zero rep power tries to rep you. Wherether they try positive or negative, it = zero, which = grey.
