Never done one of these before so thought id have a go :1980_boogie_down:

My predicted XI (although for friendlies its a complete guess really)

First half:
Davis
Clyne Stephens Hooiveld Fox
Guly Schneiderlin Hammond Lallana
Lambert
Rod

Second:
Gazza
Butterfield Fonte Seaborne Shaw
Schneiderlin JWP
Chambers Chaplow Puncheon
Sharp

Frankimus' prediction: 3-1 Saints (JWP, Guly x2)

I wouldn't be surprised to see another one of the youngsters (Shaw, Chambers, Stephens) to get a full 90. Doubt JWP could manage it, as frankimus said. :)

I reckon today it won't be a game of two halves, they've played enough football to increase there fitness to about 60 mins now. I could see strongest available team start today, but I'm not Adkins so we'll just have to wait and see.

Are you going to be copy and pasting the twitter commentary like DTLW? Pleas do I'm currently on route to Italy via France so it would be a big help!

Tom Coull of the Saints Media Team on Twitter:

"Saints face Evian tonight. The Evian OS says to expect "hard fought duels and surely the famous British kick and rush". Oh boy. #saintsfc"

A little bit better than that The club won the Championnat de France amateur in 2008, the Championnat National in the 2010, and are the current champions of Ligue 2.

Crewe Alex have a lot more of an identity and an undiluted history than Evian, who have been through several mergers to be where they are now. Still, they're a good team and it will be a tough test.
