There was no point in putting Sevco into Division 3 with only 6 players This doesn't matter, give them an avenue to spend mone if they want one......they have enough bills as it is Ibrox insured yet?
How is this a share transfer when the original decision was for a transfer ban starting this summer? For the share to transfer then the original punishment should transfer as well.
It is a share transfer because the Sevco do not qualify to get their own share. Csn you explain why you think the original punishment should transfer from Rangers to Sevco along with the share?
I don't but its the SFA's rules. Surely then the original punishment should transfer over or its not a share transfer?
When did rules matter? The SFA have bent over backwards to accommodate Rangers, why would it be any different for Sevco? Sevco weren't going to go into division 3 with 12 players.
They have kids and could sign under 18's. Its not the SFA's fault they don't have a squad to compete. The only reason this decision was made was to allow rangers to sign players to win that league at the first attempt. 1 tainted title beckons.

The two other governing bodies, the Scottish Football Association and Scottish Premier League, have worked on a draft document which proposes stripping Rangers of five league titles and four Scottish Cups if an ongoing investigation finds the club guilty of breaking rules by not disclosing payments made via EBTs. But the League Cup is run by the Scottish Football League and Rangers won that trophy in 2001-02, 2002-03, 2004-05, 2007-08, 2009-10 and 2010-11, all of which were within the 2001-2010 period in which EBTs were used. How the mighty have fallen. Last season Sally had his bears in Germany Pre-season. Celtic were in Australia, the year before we were in the US and Canada, this year Germany and Holland. The Cayman Islands based team that plays in the EPL are in S. Africa and Asia. Sally scolding that his club had planned a three day tour of the Highlands, so sad really. They intended going to play 5 aside.
