Probably his best game for Rangers was when we played Valencia at Ibrox a few years ago, when he scored for us and then them. Amazingly this coincided with a huge dip in form not long afterwards.

Valencia ? Oh well at least you can take some comfort in him continuing with an orange theme.

Was there too. A great wee trip. The bars before the game were amazing, couldn't even hear yourself think. You remember the guy unveiling the big Union Jack from the top of the church (I think it was) I've about a dozen videos of us outside the Mestalla, non stop singing. Took my ex over and she absolutely loved it. Asked if every Gers game was like that! <laugh> Not quite. Funny one was a homeless spanish guy slipping through the crowds pretending to sing and then lifting peoples drinks <laugh>

Have to say I will probably miss those trips the most.

You remember the Valencia subs warming down after the game and everyone booing them, then they calm over and applauded us and everyone was goin mental for them.

That was steep terracing. I remember timothy said the day after that Gers fans were pishing down on the Valencia fans below. Despite the cops standing in front of the fans. The pish was actually the non-alcoholic beer that they were selling, so they kinda got it right. Fellas in front of us hurled theirs as soon as the first goal went in and were quickly rumbled out of the place by the cops.

I was about 4 seats from the very back. It was the steepest stadium I've ever been in anyway. I went right up the back at half time and looked over the back. Just a shear drop to the street below <yikes>

Never saw any trouble at all, one guy was goading the coppers because they kept us in after full time. He was right behind me, I had to tell him to shut the **** up for my own ****ing safety. Knob.

The cops weren't too bad that time. At the Seville game the season before they ****in charged us for singin songs.

We were in a pub right beside the stadium and a few Seville fans came in the back door and wished us good luck before the game. Got 20 ft away turned and started throwing glass bottles.

Mad bastards, ones that were drinking with us were 4 ****in giants, close to 7ft from Germany. They looked like they could tear heads off with their bare hands

    And Kenny Misser's miss too.

We should've beaten them 3 or 4 that night.

    Sadly, we Scotched it.
