I'd like some help and I was wondering if one of you kind gentlemen could help me?

I'd like to improve my skills on here, and was wondering a couple of things.

1) how do you post a youtube video, where it is viewable and displayed in the forum post on here, rather than being a link off to youtube itself?

2) how do you post an image that is a full size image, viewable on here, without it being one of those thumbnails you have to click on to enlarge?

1. For videos, copy the link location then click the "insert video" button which is on the top of the quick reply box, second from the right with the film icon. Their will be a little box pop up, paste the the URL in the box and press okay.

2. The "insert image" icon is on the left of the video button but when you press it click the right "from URL" tab, then untick the check box and paste the image location into the URL box.

Hope that's clear <ok>

just to clarify the images... basically, all I need to do is untick the box then? everything else I am currently doing, but it's bringing it up as a thumbnail.

I never knew that was how you made thumbnails though. We're all learning today :D

mate, it's been a default setting for me. I am useless with stuff like this.

Need to post a video sooner rather than later though. I thought i was already doing everything you've suggested. hmm...

There's a good poll on the general chat board,who will furthest in the CL.more people think Spurs will do better than the chavs and the goons. :emoticon-0178-rock:

3) how do you link back to a previous post in another thread, by where the user clicks the link and it will take them directly to the post in the previous thread? For example- you post a comment in thread "1", but someone else in another thread ("2") asks something which your post in thread "1" has spoken about prior (maybe days or weeks before). You then want to send a link in thread "2" to that exact post in thread "1" by putting a link in thread "2" for that other person. get me?

This is taking the piss surely....we're not in CL for the first sentence, or is it a completely separate 2nd sentence saying we'll do better in the league. Both sentences just don't go together tots....sorry mate, but we're confused by what you wrote and the way you've wrote it. :)
 
simple in the poll more people voted for Spurs to do better in the CL.even though we are'nt in it.we got 4votes Chavs 3 and the goons1
