A while back someone went on a stadium tour and said they were going to be improved. We were also told this when NC took over...didn't happen then either. The only good thing about the lower leagues is that you could get served, which shows that the concourses are suitable for 20,000 gates but not 32,000.

Well i walk past St Marys near enough everyday, looked to me that they were just changing odd bits to the outside.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit if Nicola has not made changes to the concourses because he has plans to extend the stadium sooner rather than later, and would not therefore want to spend money on a minor improvement now.

Anyone know what happened to the ticket office? Something broke because the cues were massive then they told everyone to run to the turnstiles to buy tickets! Lots of unhappy people!

The little black winger against Arsenal was Jason Puncheon, I assume you're talking about him? Problem with him is, he's had many reported attitude issues and is ridiculously inconsistent. Everyone's midfield was overrun vs Anderlecht because Biglia is a different class.

Out of interest, how much would it cost for someone to buy him? is the competition particulary stiff in Belgium?

Question to anyone who went...have the concourses been altered in any way. Any sign that us poor punters are getting better food and service?

Awful service, for a kick off time right on tea time, with loads of kids expected, they run out of most hot food items before the anderlecht game finished in itchen stand, awful service. Even ran out of twix's....how can you run out of those !!!!!

Its my main problem with St Marys, i feel the match day experience could be so much more improved but getting served is such hard work and takes forever !!! Doesnt happen in other sports.

I was in the itchen last night, and it all looked the same. One difference is that tea and coffee has gone up from £1.80 to £2.00. unfortunately they have left the old prices up, so i gave what i thought was the right money, only to be told I was 40p short. I decided that a discussion on the merits of the sale of goods act, and misrepresentation was lost on the 12 year old girl who served me so i gladly paid the extra money.

Think i might buy a thermos flask, and move to the chapel end.

I've said before, the Liebherrs do not like the flag being on show. Tbh If I kept getting reminded of my dad(if he was dead) by a giant flag it would upset me aswell.

Yes I understand that, but would have thought it would be suitable once a year in his memory?

Up to them end of the day, people like to deal with death different ways. Prehaps they don't want a massive flag showing their dead dad/ brother. I'll respect it anyways.

Still took ages to get served, only change I spotted was small bottles of Singa beer available. No price displayed.

Kingsland stand kids & wife in tow to their first match. Ran out of everything but cheese and onion pasty. Maltesers were also sold out. Very sad. Sat through last game starving then destroyed a hot dog outside the ground.
