A general rule of thumb can be, if anything big has happened, at least 3 new threads will have been made on it

Presumably the Buttner deal is finished. The only reason I could think of to hold back the announcement was to introduce him at the Memorial Match, so must be over. By the way, pleased to see Markus's name featured in papers and on TV in relation to the match...the real point of it.

Yes this is a transfer rumour thread and yes it does have stuff that is off topic but least it is mainly kept in here now so I don't see the issue and all the moaning?

If people have been discussing a rumour and are up and the conversation gets sidetracked then let it be! Its only a bloody forum.
