I have collected a number of links for Sunderland over the time I have been surfing the web(checking each one of them at least once a day.....must have ADD) but I find that ......Newsnow is the best place for information on Sunderland and I always go there first. At this time of year we are all of us searching for any nugget of information on who is coming/going or just information in general. My links on my machine are the following and if anyone has any more please pass them along. Okay I've added some Hartlepool sites too....they need all the help they can get.

Go to bed, works wonders for a growing lad, or lass. just press the off button, on the computer. all the posts will still be here in the morning, and thats a promise.
