As today our new number ten signs for 3 years what has been Adelaide best goal in a Qpr shirt?

Let me know your thoughts and a brief description of the goal to jog my memory....

I started supporting rangers the season we dropped out of the old div one so I have only good memories apart from playoff.

Extra point if u can tell me the year I became a rangers fan???

    HIII HOOO, Queens Park Rangers....

For me the one against the Arse was a nicely taken one and an important piece in the jigsaw that saw us stay up.

His goal against Preston a couple of years back, picks the ball up in his own half and just ran and curled it in from 25 yrds

Preston home was a brilliant goal. Got past 3 players and curled into the top corner. We ended up winning 4-0.

When you go on youtube and look at some of the many video montages of Adel, he is just sublime to watch. His tricks are silky and clever and always exciting. If you put a montage together of most of our players in the last 15 years and most would include them falling on their arses as the closest to entertainment.

I like the Swansea one where he nutmegs the player and he just gives up as Taarabt runs in off the line and curls in a 25 yarder.

The goal against Cardiff for me. In fact, the home or away one. Both equally as good.

Against Burnley at Loftus Road. A close second would be his double act against Coventry at HQ in January when we got promoted. I sat in the South Africa Road stand right above Adel when he curled that outragious pass for Routledge to run onto, what a moment! I had a Liverpool and a Arsenal pal with me and they were speechless.

But there is soooooooo many, he doesn't do crap goals does he??

Against Preston two seasons in a row at HQ. The Swansea masacre. His delightful equaliser (1-1) away against Cardiff when it all mattered. And the winner against them at home. And the list goes on and on.

He has hasn't he Nines? But at the same time it's a great questions as we all appreciate different type of goals. For some it's the occasion, for others it's the beauty of it.
Adel has 29 so far, will be interesting to see how many of them that ends up on this thread.

In terms of importence, then it has to be the Spurs goal. That's when I realised we were staying up.

Lee, I think you started follwing the Rs in 2000.

When do you think you will be back over for a game Norway?

I've earmarked the new year weekend with Liverpool at home and Chelsea away in the space of three days as a must. Other than that I will try to make it over once pre and once post new year.
The ones that could be a possibility in the autumn would be either West Ham or Soton. Think it's the Soton game that the Irish contingent will be over for so that would be fun to part of. Guess we'll have to wait and see still, I'll keep you posted mate :)

By the way, congrats on reaching 4000 posts <ok>

Cheers mate I hadn't noticed. It would be good to see you over for the Soton game as it would be good to hook up with the Irish lads again. It brought us good luck last time. And also I'm not on duty that day.

There's two things that make the Cardiff away goal one of my favourites.

    1) It was perfectly timed to shut the Cardiff fans up! It was a real case of 'anything you can do, I can do better' after Bothroyd's curler.
    2) If you watch carefully, he runs off to celebrate almost immediately after it leaves his foot. He just knows it's going in. Love it.

I'll definitely keep that in mind, Soton it is then. Unless the cravings get to bad and I have to get my fix sooner ;)
