Your manager has already said he's a million pound player...sounds ok;) Don't worry unnecessarily...we're being linked to any player with two legs. On the other hand, money is always useful. Beware the thread police...this will probably disappear into the void.

Until Tomlin got injured for us, we looked in business with the Gazza/Tomlin link up. You tell Gazza where it is to be delivered and it will be there. As for his saving ability, I can not remember if the Oxford away game was included in that video, absolutely outstanding save in the bottom right hand corner, how the hell he got down for it with his height I don't know.

Just checked his history. It looks as if he may have started out as an outfield player, which sort of explains how he can ping pin-point passes, but he didn't make the grade, so somehow got put in goal, or decided to try his hand there. Effectively, he becomes a 11th outfield player, at times. He's only 20 and, although I'm not one for taking punts, is he worth a go..?
 
I'm pretty sure this guy is being more heavily linked with P'Boro, he looks decent though, commanding, young and good with his feet, it's kind of what we are looking for. I still think we will get Butland, will wait and see.
 
I know these videos of players can be very misleading, but I was more than impressed with this one. His distribution is amazing and he appears to command his area, good handling skills too. He isn't going to cost the silly money Brum are asking for Butland, so if Saints go for this guy maybe they could afford a CB as well!

It's Gazza (as in Gascoigne) followed by ******.
