This is all part of trying to introduce QPR to the far east . Apparently there were over 40k people watching that stream.

That was all for the Korean Press really.

Bit sceptical about a 45k stadium. We've suddenly got to find another 20k home supporters .

Would be hoping that a 35k stadium for now with potential to build. surely would make more sense.

I think that the size of a new stadium will have as much to do with "other events" that it could be used for as to do with football. They will need to maximize the return from the investment.

The O2 holds about 20000 and Wembley between 75000 and 90000 (for concerts). 45,000 pitches it squarely in between these two, which is a sound idea.

TF posted on twitter this morning "QPR fans. We are not ready to announce stadium. But making good progress. I shall update on twitter. Will not be a bowl. Will keep the atmosphere. Will be 45k capacity. Will be in West London. Narrowed down to 2 places. I hope we can announce full details within the next 2 months."

People seem to be overlooking this post. I too am a little disappointed there was no firm announcement today but the intent is clear. Would be great if we could announce it at the first home game so I would feel slightly less irked about still fighting to the Ellerslie bogs after all these years.

Please explain how his comment is in anyway sexist?

I fail to see the sexual discrimination here.

Tasty means "savory" or "delicious" Totty is British slang for sexy women when the two words are put into a sentence in the written word they may have been chosen to describe to the reader that there were more than one woman present that the author wouldn't mind having a sexual encounter with. These thoughts by Mr Northolt put into his word in my opinion just lend themselves to 'fuel the fire' on the loose subject of sexism

Of course i am willing to concede that I am wrong in the fact that why have ladies dressed up at a football press conference in the first place?
I was unable to view the conference as I am not allowed full access on the internet

Would it have been better to have ladies at the conference that were undressed? Surely that would have been more sexist.

And there may be a reason why you're not allowed full internet access.

[STEWIE GRIFFIN]Just putting that out there..... you know.... just putting it out there.... [/STEWIE GRIFFIN]

If you're a QPR fan you'll have seen them parading around the ground at half time

Mr Rev......Sexism is the act of discriminating a person based purely on their sex.....discrimination is prejudicial treatment of an individual based on his or her membership - or perceived membership - in a certain group or category...in this case sex of that given human being.

For a man to state that he found the best bit of a conference the attractive woman, who I might add has been put there for that very purpose.....to look nice....and willingly of course, I fail to see the discrimination here.

Or would you expect a slap or even legal action, where you to compliment a lady?

Maybe the use of the words Tasty Totty?

Can I just say what a refreshing change it is that this thread has descended into possible sexism or otherwise rather than the trend of recent race related off-topic posts.

Can we start a thread on midgets/dwarves soon?
