I see this as a major new development, which may just start a revolution in English football.
Improved standards right from the roots of English football, and the clubs will benefit from higher quality youngsters as will our national team eventually.
However I reckon we do need to re-think the tactics and attitudes to youth coaching here, which is often too competitive and not focussed enough on skill, technique, ball retention and self-expression.
