If you watch him in his interviews and punditry work he has undertaken for the BBC etc, he is clearly highly intelligent. He has stated that he is always open to communication and likes to talk to the players (often with big files of information) to help them improve.

I really like all I have read and heard about him so far.
 
Borini is as DPJ has said earlier a much better player, he will probably cost you about 8 million, but it will be cheap because this guy is well known by rodgers and loves playing for him, he will get you 20 a season there is no doubt he is that good, we tried to get him but he had already signed a pre contract before joining us on loan from chelsea. if you get him you are in for a treat seriously he is much better than siggy.

Well thank you for your opinion. To be very honest, I getting more than a little tired of some Swans fans who think that they are the font of all knowledge about both Liverpool and our new manager. Get over it. Rodgers has come to a far bigger club with totally different challenges than those facing the manager of a small newly promoted club. He already acknowledges that he has come to a club with certain traditions and a squad of players that he could only have dreamed of at Swansea. He has always been respectful to both your club, his former players and you as fans - what more do you expect of the man?

Now he is getting to know a new squad with different traditions. He has already said that whilst he will bring his own philosophies with him, he is not intending make a revolution. It's a totally different challenge and we will all see over the season if he is going to be successful.

It's only a suggestion but Swans fans would be better served in contemplating their continued Premiership existence under their new manager.

Most Swansea fans I know were part timers before you became a good team, either supporting United or Liverpool as their first team 4/5 years ago. You Sir/Miss a definitely a Manc. <ok>
 
There is only one club team in the entire world I have absolutely no use for & that's Manchester United ....Sir/ Ma'am !! . I like Liverpool & I like Rodgers & I hope you win the title ( well were not going to are we ) , I just see it as a bad mix & I hope I'm wrong but fear I'm right . Good luck !
