First up, i'm not a "Taig" and secondly, I don't recall any great groundswell of opinion towards such an idea as Rangers playing down south, even recently. Besides, he was not talking about Rangers in isolation:

So by the same logic that I cannot speak for Rangers fans - nor have I claimed to = no Rangers fans can speak on my behalf regarding his suggestion so I am replying to him in a sane, sensible manner and pointing out that no one - Trev apart - on this thread from the Rangers fraternity has supported the idea as far as I can see, nor on any other threads.

Isn't it embarassing to be outclassed in every argument, especially on a subject with which you try to come across as knowledgeable in, by a self professed stonehead? To have to resort to insults in the face of undeniable logic?

If I'd read the full argument I wouldn't have come in at the bit where you told Dev to **** off, this board is for embarrassing taigs. I wouldn't have missed the post where he explained he isn't a taig and you came back and called him a knobend - erm, nobend.

I don't actually know what Pwned means, i've seen Trev use it and I guessed it meant "owned" but i'm always open to new words for my lexicon so a hearty thank you for the explanation.

I never asked you any questions, maybe you should read back where you had a go at me, (i'm guessing in a jocular fashion),anyway I took it as such and responded with "Pwned" in a similary jokey manner. I don't think "Doggystyling as per the script" is serious either incidentally.

You don't want to take offence at everything I say, I certainly don't when people insult me, certainly when they don't even know me.
 
The term Taig is just like the term Paddy. At the time of mass movement from Ireland to Scotland in the 1800s the name Tadhg was a popular Irish name. In my accent it's pronunced 'Tag'. Maybe different in Jock speak. Irish Prods use it too as they are morons almost to a man.

Dev is not a Taig.
