Mine's the Friends Provident shirt made by (S) from about 8 years ago, that had the stripes out-lined in black. I'm sure it was the FA Cup final shirt when Stracchen was the manager. I like to call it the James Beattie shirt

F.A cup final shirt was yellow! My favorites were the admiral/draper tools flamed ones, something DIFFERENT.

I like the sash too. However you tweak it a stripey shirt is a stripey shirt. The sash was classy and unusual (unless you live in South America).

Yes, of recent times, the 2001-03 was very good and modern example of the classic red and white. The recent aap3 shirt has also been very nice. I actually hoped for a break from stripes this time, preferring the my favourite panels from 1979-84, for a season or two. I think the change to thin stripes was quite brave, and it certainly could have been much worse. I also like the fact that the Away kit is the opposite to the Home kit. Here's hoping the 3rd kit remains the Brazil colours.
