Pato said: At the moment I have a real taste for playing in the U.K and being in London.

Pato talking about Chelsea winning the Champions League: I didn't really believe Chelsea would win it but they had a tight group and succeeded in doing what all the greats want to win.

I love English football and I have friends who play for Chelsea I talk to David Luiz. After my contract with Milan runs out who knows?

Why not Pato? He is a quality player who has pace and he can finish.

Always found him to be overrated, no way is he worth the prices that have been thrown around over the past few years. Plus we have Torres, Sturridge and Lukaku.

So disingenuous.

What he said was

1) He likes the English game.
2) He will honour his contract with Milan but will consider his future afterwards.
3) He has friends at Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea (ie. other Brazilians).

Complete non-story so I wouldn't get your hopes up. Maybe look for the actual quotes before over-thinking things.

If you have read what he actually said you'll realise I'm only stating facts.

I'm not a scouser.

And Purley - unfortunately there's not a chance in hell!

So tell me "genius". Where did I over think then?

A none scouser who supports Liverpool and they call us 'plastics'.

Before I insult your use of our language, you don't have some kind of disorder do you? That would be very awkward.

Then, let us consider this - I didn't say 'you' were over-thinking things, did I? No, I did not - you simple assumed I was talking about you in particular.

The main thrust of my comment, which was plain and highly intelligible, is that any story linking Pato to an English club this summer is rubbish; misinformation spread by people who have either looked at his quotes and disregarded them, or not seen them at all.

Don't worry lad, I'd never accuse you of over-thinking anything.

Actually you did say I was over thinking when I wasn't. And you were talking about me because you wouldn't have replied to my thread with this comment, So disingenuous.

Oh for Christ sake... Do you really, really want me to have to explain this to you?

Where does it EXPLICITLY name YOU, just YOU, yes YOU? Simply, it doesn't.

It was a GENERAL statement. When people speak in GENERALITIES they don't have to refer to one SPECIFIC person.

Goodness me, how to you manage to get out of bed in the morning without directions?

Why did you have to use that comment then?
