Having been a steward at one of their games before (No ****), I can only imagine the death toll if the two of them were to play every week <laugh>.

A couple of guys I know were at the Renfrewshire Cup game where the train station was ambushed - they claimed it was carnage. I also saw some Morton fans harrassing an auld woman in the Piazza after a game and a shower of mentallists set aboot them.

This ***** league would be the place to be for a dust-up, man <ok>

I am all for a 16 team SPL and another all Country league. After that leagues should be regionalised with a pre determined method of promotion
and relegation to and from the 2nd league.
However, as we have seen Scottish Football has to be no matter what league permutation is used, must be run fairly with no one club been
regarded as a special case. Referees have to be closely monitored and relegated from top flight refereeing if there is any sign of
favouritism towards any team. Disciplinary hearings must be fair and even handed with no team suffering or no team benefiting from light touch.
If we are going to have a new start, let it be a new start, not only fair and honest but seen by everyone as fair and honest.

The funniest thing I have ever read. There seems to be a proposal that if Rangers are forced into Div1 or SPL2 that for a short time that
the TV rights will be given to show Rangers matches in either of these divisions. Now what the hell, did Rangers do wrong or not.

It's sickening when you read the possibel proposal... make sure Newco get cash from the TV deal.

Funny enough, alos a proposal to bring in a play off place - they worried newco might not win Div 1???

    Scottish Football ... laughing stock!

I don't mind the proposals at all. They are pretty good.

I hope something along these lines can be agreed and implemented in two years time<ok>

What ever you do with Rangers or the leagues in Scotland the footy will still be ****..

    :)

Without rangers why bother having a SPL . Celtic will walk away with the title ... Your SPL is going to be even worse !

    Celtic 1 / 100,000 ,000 on to win the league ?

    Not much fun in that...

That wouldn't even be so bad if there were two Champions League spots, which there won't be in a year or two thanks to BOTH Old Firm teams being **** in Europe for the past decade (plus all the **** performances from those teams in the UEFA Cup)

Make Celtic play every game with 9 players then just maybe the points gap will stay in single figures giving the likes of Aberdeen a bit of a chance .

    Brilliant idea.
