Apparently Forest haven't offered him a contract though and for compensation to come into it they would need to offer him a contract equal to what we would offer and for him to pick us over them. At least that's what the Forest fans are saying on that link about Anderson that someone put on this thread earlier.
 
Is this something that we're pretty sure is happening? Because there's no word of it at all in the media. Newsnow is pretty up to date and there's nothing on there about it.

Don't get me wrong, I think this would be a cracking signing if it did happen!

I can confirm Tomlin to #hcafc is garbage. Barmby liked him but SB has ideas a bit beyond Tomlin. Anderson to city is also rubbish.

Don't know how reliable he is, but I thought it was worth posting.
 
If John Percy said Anderson is having talks with Hull then i very sure he is. John Percy is bang on nearly all the time

i don't doubt that he was attached to Leicestan, neither do i really care, but when he was with us, i know that west brom was mentioned and i never heard anyone else in the same breath. because i didnt hear does not necessarily mean it isnt true by the way. however, it is wikipedia, notoriously inaccurate.

I think the Tomlin thing is rubbish, he was one of Nick's targets(swap + cash with Mclean) and that's probably where this rumour came from.
