So, wonder if he's gonna feel wrath of the boycotters when he tours Scotland later in the year?...

I personally have always liked him, met him and even got a picture with him, true story! <party>

Doubt it

He is sorry for what he done

An unforced apology speaks volumes

Ah right, so all Craig Whyte had to do was say sorry and rangers would still be in the SPL, no questions asked?

Damn, opportunity missed, noted for future personal reference...

Were you asking about fans boycotting Craig Whyte or football matches?

You're obviously looking to vent your fury this morning or you wouldn't be flip flopping your arguments

So ill calmly give you an answer to your comment but with reference to your original post

If former employers or employees of Rangers 1872 - 2012 had shown one ounce of remorse for what they have done then Scottish Football Fans may have voted for a newco in the SPL and no talk of boycotts or bhoycotts would be discussed

But no

They blamed and threatened anyone they could

If only Jimmy Carr had been found out first he could have shown you how to be dignified when in this mess

Oh well...

Chapper ,can't wait to see your rage when Peterhead and Annan beat you that is assuming you can raise a team

Flip flipping what ya clown?

Have you not been reading the news?

Craig Whyte didn't pay tax to which HMRC took action resulting in administration.

You say Jimmy Carr is a good guy, all is forgiven because he said sorry.

Therefor, by your logic, if only wee craigy said "soz" all the "boycotters" would have forgiven him and it would have been happy families as per...

Was that really hard to understand?

Also, employers and employees blaming and threatening anyone they could? REAAAAALLY?

Don't suppose you'd have name links or quotes?

you really ate twisted hateful little person.

Toodle pip.

In your wet dreams old man.

chapper's being timskelped AGAIN.

<magic>

Ahh, you're back, your dirty dad let you out the cellar?

A skelping? Really? You should know what a skelping is, and that most certainly isn't.

I await ye Chapper beel pish, all too tiresome and most definitely getting really boring these days.

Here we go.

Simple question for quite clearly the simplist guy on here...

Why were rangers put into administration?.

Rangers were forced into administration after Sir David Murray sold your club for £1 to an asset stripper with previous for getting companies into serious financial difficulties.

If Murray is not to blame for where Rangers find themselves right now then I don't know who is and I do not understand any Rangers fan supporting him or not wanting to take him to task and tell it how it is. Murray was almost solely responsible for Rangers woes, Whyte is a convenient scapegoat, of course he has to take some of the blame but no one forced Murray to give him the club.

Are you being serious?

Murray sells club in may '11

Rangers go into administration for non payment of tax from the period of purchase to present date, being February '12, NINE months later but it's Murray's fault not whyte's?

That's like buying a car, crashing it the following year and blaming the guy who sold you it!

Murray had no say on the club after he sold it and actually stepped back from it about four years ago

You lot have got a real hard on for Murray eh?...

I'm not defending, it's just that's unbelievable logic and I'm really surprised by you if you mean that.

Chapper, did Craig Whyte run up debts of £94m to HMRC?

Yes or no.

I should explain in case you have not read the Creditor's meeting report, that was the outstanding balance due to HMRC, £94 million.

As far as I recall Whyte was guilty of witholding some £15m or thereabouts, the rest was Murray's doing.

Murray simply jumped ship before the inevitable happened - administration and then liquidation. It just happened to be a new captain at the wheel when the Iceberg appeared.

Did Murray?

That amount must be taking in the worst case scenario regarding btc.

I still stand by the fact that Whyte cause administration by blatant failure to pay tax for what reasons we'll probably never know, I'd guess either he is just simply a conman or didn't have the funds to allow them to "dip into the red"

Duff and Phelps challenged £72m of that total, (the money Murray owed) but I think everyone would concede they are about as reliable as a chocolate fireguard.

HMRC were owed £94m in total, BTC, STC and Whyte's debts.

If Murray had stayed he could not have paid the money due from the Big and Small Tax cases, Administration would have happened whoever was in charge. I may be talking nonsense, but when the BDO investigation concludes then we will know exactly who is to blame.

Look up "Sandy Jardine threats" and "Ally McCoist outburst"

McCoist was warned about his antics by the police

Who would want to help or have anything to do with a club that does that, especially when they are the ones who are in the wrong

Jimmy Carr hasn't even broken the law but came out with an apology

And I'm a twisted hateful person <doh>

Mate, we're about 80% that could go either way. I still reckon the btc would have gone in favour of rangers. It was a legal loophole and they're accounts were signed off every year, what took HMRC ten years to question it when it was readily available from day one.

Well if your so informed when hit me with some quotes of your head.

Warned by the police?

What law has Rangers broke?

Murray and Whyte both said they were confident the would win the Big Tax case. Murray settled the small tax case because he knew he could not win.

Despite Murray's admission that he was in the wrong in the small tax case he continued to say that he was not worried about the Big one.

I'm afraid I don't believe him, and that extra £72m that HMRC have claimed (in a legal document) seems to the casual observer, to be the Big Tax Case.
