Not a photoshop but had to post this somewhere. This is from an interview with Suarez on the official site.

'What is your favourite goal celebration?


I have a few. I always kiss my right wrist for my daughter (her name, Delfina, is tattooed on it) and I kiss my finger for my wife. My other celebration started when I was at Ajax. I spoke to my wife and to my brother because I wanted a special celebration. When I was a child I saw many players with their own regular celebrations such as Alan Shearer and Ronaldo so I wanted to have my own.'
