A bagel this morning. Usually a croissant or pain au chocolate...but given the choice, you can't beat a good bacon sandwich for breakfast.
Rather pathetically, coffee and a marlboro light. You cannot beat a bacon butty though. (I'm a heart attack waiting to happen.)
Quaker Oat Granola, skimmed milk, B-Active fizzing vitamins and minerals, 2-off cod liver oil tablets and a joint care Glucosamine. If there's time left after that, a quick ****.
