Sorry mate, that was for attention only, my mate Mick , a Blackpool supporter wanted to come on our forum, he had a point on the "its only black and white" article, he phoned me to to tell me the article was closed, my question , is WHY. when other articles are still open, weeks after posting.
Either BB or MW have decided it should be closed, or there has been a technical fault. A couple of times me and AG on our board have realised that some threats are closing themselves, and none of us have touched the 'close thread' option.
It was closed because I was not happy with the way the thread was going, banter had turned to who could abuse who the most so it was closed to stop it continuing and to give everyone the chance to calm down.
SYD, closed the thread down, after things had calmed down, this thread was taken In a way ,,,,,,across to the Newcastle board, met some decent blokes on there, actually invited them to post on ours, Ive seen far worse posted via our members, than what was posted on this thread. got to say dissapointed. if a guy who only comes on to spout vile comments, filth and no humour, with nothing but rage against anyone from Sunderland, can be allowed to post, and the guys who posted on this particular thread are denied, something is wrong. if needed SYD will pick bits out.
I closed the thread down mate cos i had a few complaints regarding threatening comments, i don't like or want to close anything, i'm all for freedom of speech and give the skum as much as possible but in this instance it was probably for the best.
can i ask welder, who made threats, and if so why should the thread be closed because of other peoples comments, long after they were said, and all had died down?we get a damn site worse, I have been on the Newcastle board a bit lately, with very little vitriole from their posters, ours seemto be just thugs by comparrison, why not delete the person, instead of the article??????????

ah F1, the boss puts everything together, makes adjustments where needed, spends big money to get the best drivers and expect them to perform, they train and train and everything looks good in practise, then come race day and it all goes to pot, nowt wrong with the car, drivers got no injuries whats the excuse???? its certainly not sack the manager, as its down to the driver. anyone see what im getting at?
Would those threatening comments be me saying it would be the worst day of "I **** in the corners" life if he ever met me? It was a ****ing disgrace what was going on! Led by the Newcastle moderator, they were like a pack of ravenous Hyenas diving in and abusing Bill. (Yes I know Bill can handle himself.) This was way over the top they were calling him senile or saying he had had a stroke and to top it all the oh so fair moderator was accusing him of lying. If Bill was on the Newcastle board IMHO he would have been fair game. This was on the Sunderland board and I **** led his team of dogs in the attack. It wasn't wumming it was abuse. And I stand by what I said. I **** is a **** of the highest order!
