We don't need to apply. Association rules already allow transfer of SPL share to a newco at their discretion. But instead of the SFA/SPL having the balls to make a decision they're having the SPL clubs do it for them.

Bite my ****e ST - The SPL clubs are likely to vote us back in for financial reasons then have the ****ing cheek to fine us and give us other sanctions. Rangers took players other clubs would've got, prize money and European tourneys other clubs would've got - if we share the cash more evenly, that's fine - I'm not comfortable with the current TV share - I think my club take an unfair share. In the last third of this season, teams basically paid for Rangers to play. The last old firm game at Parkhead, Celtic paid for the polis, security, ambulance service and the rest of it knowing they wouldn't get anything back. The coefficient would've gone down without Rangers - certainly. But, other than that, we all lost out to Rangers benefit. Undeniable.
