And that's what i'm saying, keep a little. If you look at the squad I picked the only over 30's are Parker, Carrick and Cole. Cole because other than maybe Hart is what you could call world class and Carrick and Parker are experienced without the backlog of failure.

Over the decades we pushed through young generations hence why we have so many stalwarts now. Players need to be kept on their toes if they haven't performed. Parker and Cole have for England.
