That's because you clearly know nothing about Spurs.
I know you did enough this season to have met your targets, and any other year would have got your reward.
I know your players loved Redknapp.

Why should he? Do you know the ins and outs of the contract? Do you sign contracts you're not happy with? You don't know why he didn't sign, he might've asked for more financial backing from the club and wanted it written into the contract.
Liverpool fan in peace.
Harry Redknapp only failed to get Champions League because of bizarre and rare circumstances. He finished in the top 4. Any other year that wold have been enough.
If Chelsea hadnt won the Champions League you would be saying how great a manager he was and giving him an extra large transfer budget. But instead he has been sacked because of some thing he had no control over.
Harry Redknapp should sue your club. Sacking a top manager like this is disgraceful. With out Redknapp you would be mid table, with no Bale, Modric, Lennon or Van Der Vaart.
I dont understand why you dont have any 'Levy out' threads here.

And we don't understand why you don't have any FSG out threads either.
There is no argument lenny, this is the best squad we have had for years and thanks to Harry for his part in assembling it. That does not mean he is the best man to use it. You seem unable to see the severe limitations of Redknapp, limitations that IMO meant that this was it with him and this squad this is as good as it will get.
I saw no evidence that the team were improving and learning as the season progressed, in fact I saw the opposite. Bale becoming ineffective as he roamed the pitch, no direction from the manager as games unfolded to our disadvantage. He was found out IMO his limitations were exposed. On top of all that we were treated to a constant media campaign, the Harry road show, conducted by himself.
We move on.
Could Harry have continued? Yes, he could've signed the three year contract we offered him in February, or the one year extension we offered to his existing deal we offered last week.
What I've been harping on about for so long. Yes Harry has done a great job and I've felt most happy as a spurs fan in a long time while he's been our manager (and that's saying a lot Harry wasn't solely sacked for our failure to play in the Champions League despite qualifying to play in the Champions League. He was sacked because of his public conduct that had unsettled the players, be it making advances for the England job or comments that Modric or Bale would likely be sold in the summer and he had no control over it. He was sacked because our last two finishes of fifth and fourth were at least one place lower than the one we should have finished in, because both seasons saw late season slumps entirely because of his complete inability to use the squad effectively. Most of all, he was sacked for trying to use us as a stepping stone one minute, then trying to dictate terms to stay the next.
With the following exceptions: Darren Bent, Roman Pavlyuchenko, Niko Kranjcar, Sebasien Bassong, Giovani Dos Santos, Steven Pienaar, Huerelho Gomes.
And Rafa,Hodgson and KKK should all sue you.

So you're sure that Moyes would have got us a ten-point lead to start with? Oh - that's just a given, right? Spurs always have ten-point leads in third come february. A manager should only be judged on how they deal with that lead that magiced itself out of thin air.
Quite a list of essential players there. Yes it's unfortunate that fringe players were not kept more happy but this is true at every team. Frankly Darren ****ing Bent getting upset is no skin off my nose whatsoever. And my heart does not bleed that Pavlyuchenko's ****eness at playing in the EPL where you need to work, win headers, have a first touch resulted in him being a little bit unhappy with his £40k a week (or whatever) pay cheque.
If Harry upset GDS or Krancjar at the expense of making VDV or Modric or Lennon happy then so be it.
And how did Harry deal with that lead? he threw it away in the space of four games.
Tell me, which gets you more points:
* Scoring goals from set pieces, or sending every free kick or corner directly to the first defender's headed clearance
* Being able to defend an opposition set piece, or being unable to defend an opposition set piece
* Being able to shut up shop when it matters, or being unable to hang onto leads
We may have had a ten point lead, but it could have been more - we could have come away from the Etihad with a point, we should have been able to hold onto a 2-0 lead until half time at the Emirates, we got caught napping twice at St James' Park. We could have had three more points at least based on those three games, and that would have secured third place and kept Harry in his job. Hell, if we could defend corners we would've been two points better off just based on our draw with Wolves.
What limited thinking - if Modric, Van Der Vaart, Bale or Lennon are out with a long-term injury, who do you play? You play Kranjcar, you play Pienaar - no, wait, we loaned him to Everton - you play the other 14 players in the squad. Harry's idea of using the squad was to bring on Defoe for 20-30 minutes, despite the fact he doesn't mesh with Adebayor or VDV (something that Pav, even with his suspect workrate, did)
I can't help but notice you sidestepped Bassong, and we all know why - Dawson was ruled out for the season, King and Gallas always have injury problems so can't be relied on, so Bassong (who was part of an effective defensive partnership with Dawson two seasons prior) is loaned out and replaced him with Ryan Nelsen...who never played. Are you really happy that King and Gallas were kept happy by this? If so, I am begging you not to send your CV to the club.
