Get ready for the next Peter Grant! What are the board thinking with this appointment? Hughton has no premiership experience other than being sacked by Newcastle. Not a fan at all. I think they should of appointed Huckerby for the manager role. A great player, loves the club and has a good relationship with the current crop. You might say that is crazy but I think he would of done a stella job and maybe he could of even brought in the likes of mcviegh or roberts to help him out. Failing that why didnt someone with experience in this league get the nod? Steve Bruce for example has played for the club and has already proved himself at this level. Chris Hughton is very much a step backwards from my point of view.He plays boring hoofball and doesnt seem to have much imagination. I was never a massive fan of Lambert as I thought he was tatically unaware at times, relying on Culverhouse to make alot of the key in game decisions. If Huckerby or Bruce werent available then maybe Culverhouse should of got picked but Hughton, NO WAY!. Holts relationship with Calderwood is no secret and he will no doubt leave. The one player at the club who looked half decent. Thanks alot McNally. You really balls it up this time. Huckerby for manager!
Sets a new record for using the word 'of' instead of the word 'have' wrongly. 4 at the last count! But hey ho, it's all about opinions.
What a ridiculous load of twaddle you bitch about hughton not having enough Prem experience then suggest hucks for manager. Seriously wtf??? What a nuts argument I don't even know where to start...... Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
I know many REGULAR posters on here who DREADED the idea of Bruce becoming our next manager. As for Hucks - I could see a Bryan Gun scenario occurring!! Excellent 'wind up' though!!! PS - In the Evening News poll, 97% were in favour of Chris Hughton being appointed - you're obviously one of the 3% minority!!!!
Walked past Norwich market on Saturday and saw one of those two numptys wearing an England shirt and playing "pretend" football, kicking thin air and pretending to score a goal, he was lost in his own world. Reminded me of myself , when I was 5 years old
its hard to disagree with this article... i'd also like to suggest glenn roeder be brought in to accompany hughton
Where does one start? '....only player who looked half decent'...etc etc I particularly liked 'stella' job (I think i once went out with her). I just assumed Stella was what you had been drinking copious amounts of when compiling the post!
