I think it is JR's dad, but in the fleeting nature of the player clip, the 2 look remarkably similar.

Having a look at the bloke on youtube, for certain he is a beast. Wins majority of headers, passing looks pretty decent (long + short), reminds me a lot of Hooiveld but this guys presence would make anyone crap their pants he is huge!!

Apparently the Sibley man mentioned something about via a tweet. I may have that completely wrong though.

It's back up in the thread somewhere.

It is Jay Rodriguez's dad, who is over twice Aymen Abdennour's age and looks nothing like him!

In any case why would Aymen Abdennour be at Jay Rodriguez's unveiling and having pictures with him and Rodriguez's agent? Do you not think Rodriguez, Rodriguez's dad and Rodriguez's agent make a lot more sense to be in a photo?

The man you think is a 21 year old Tunisian international...

West Ham are apparently after Krasic and Elia from Juventus...

Can't see Spam being relegated tbh.

Yes. They were paying Nolan 50k a week in the Championship ffs.

I really would've loved Diame as well, just what we need.

I think they are mad with the amount they pay in wages as they don't have much success, they waste a lot of money whereas you pay less and play better football, look at how West Ham played last season, they ended up lucky to go up where as you and Reading played much better overall.

Let them splash 60k per week at players like Diame only to play the "fat sam way" and not get much success...Yeah they wont be relegated but still prefer to be in our shoes and management.

To be fair though we have more financial backing it's just spent prudently.

Also the comment on powell to united ruining him is harsh, united are VERY good at producing and improving young players. Everyone seems to think arsenal is the place to go as a youngster but for the 8-2 game united had a young average side, and as a whole are better at blooding young players.

I don't think Diame is worth anything near 60k a week, what a waste on a player who is not going to stand out, for a club like West Ham they should only be paying a max of 40k a week while they are in and around the bottom of the table.
