Given the poor relationship that existed between Holt and Calderwood when they were both at Forest does Calderwood's arrival as Hughton's number 2 make to more likely that Holt will be sold on?

As i've said before I have worked with all manner of people some of whom I have absolutely detested but I still worked with them and in a civil manner because I am a professional person and I try to leave my personal feelings at the door on the way in, same as I leave my work issues at the door on the way out.

Both Setanta and Clubcall reporting that Rusty wants Holty tostay! They both say he (Martin) signed a 3 year deal last week but will spend next year on loan at Palace to gain some first-team experience!
What bollocks!
