Is it just me or have we had an intake of new posters recently? It's fantastic in my view, I think there are a few "lurkers" about unsure whether to post or not, I would encourage them to make themselves known. I'm completely irrational and will just give bad advice
I am a new poster to the forums, however I have been reading the forum for ages so know who all the regular posters are like Royal Barclay and his excellent poems. Also, used to read the original 606 forum and notice most of the guys from back then are on here!

I'm a fan of Jimmy Greaves and liked his catchphrase. Like you say Jimmy's saying is very true football can be a very funny game at times. Take for example losing Paul Lambert, it could actually turn out to be a good thing in the long run if Chris Hughton turns out to do a great job and further advance the club. Would love to see Norwich win a cup!
Also a newbie. Hi. Use Not606 to keep abreast of all things NCFC. Always a few hours out-of-date cause I live in the US, and watch all my footie on streams. Thanks regular posters for the news, rumour, banter and general entertainment.
The thing I love about our board is that it is so vibrant, everything is discussed and it is not only football related, we have some really off-piste stuff which adds to the overall enjoyment. Looking occasionally at some other boards, many, even in the prem are just dead and others should be! Like beefy says, come on join in, nobody will bite and it will all add to the diversity of views.
Sorry I need to qualify something. I have two names, one I operate from home (under Bushby where I am classified as a newbie) and one from work which is more established. Hence the comment above is based on a longer history.
I agree it is great to see the new posters. And I know all about gaining the confidence to start participating. I think I only ever posted twice on the old 606, although I had been reading and chuckling along with the comments for over a year before it closed.
I'm a newbie! With the recent management changes and continuance of Grant Holt-Gate, I decided it was time to come out of the shadows. Look forward to enjoying some banter with you all.
Yes there are a lot more new posters on here of late, i come on every day but rarely post i would just get banned if i started posting regular lol but i might start giving it a go
Thanks Beefy, glad to join you all. I was a regular 606er and used 12yards for a while. There are a lot of familiar names on here too.
It's good to see a whole batch of newbies that are exactly what they claim to be, over the past year or two there have been too many wolves in sheeps' clothing, there was a time when all newbies were immediately under suspicion, hopefully those dark days are behind us! So to all you newbies, and "watchers" who are about to take the plunge, welcome, and if there's anything you want to know, or anything you don't understand, just ask, someone will know the answer!
Was a lurker and occasional poster on the original 606 and joined here when the forum first started but forgot the URL. But a recent reminder email brought me back and I'm glad it did as this is a great forum with some great people on it and some real idiot wums like Colu_mike who is the biggest ****** ever.
