I'm not an expert on the order of things but a payment to Rosie the dog's offshore account has to be included at some stage surely?
 
District Line on the Chelsea board seems to have inside info on the De Bruyne loan and thinks the deal will be done soon.

He played for Genk and done really well for them, he is very highly rated by Belgium aswell, he is partially English, due to one of his parents but was born in Belgium, Chelsea rate him highly and is part of their plans for the future aswell as the Belgium international keeper called Courtois who they signed with him from Genk aswell who has been out on loan in Spain at Athletico Madrid, he will be staying there on loan for another season, they have used him as a number 1 keeper to replace David De Gea.
 
Is he ready for Premier League football though? If he does sign, I'd like to see us sign an older, more permanent winger as well.
