Just found it on the net, great drawing of the Polish manager <laugh>...well I thought so anyway :emoticon-0111-blush

Its just occured to me it worked out for the twat in the end, the player he brought down would have scored and they'd have lost, missing the pen gave them the draw. <steam>

A clear penalty, a clear sending off - but as the commentators had decided the ref was an arse, they spoke of it like it was the greatest injustice since Katy Perry received a recording contract.

As for the comments made of the standard of refereeing in the tournament, have they forgotten they spend 38 weeks a year watching Webb, Foy, Clattenberg et al?

Which commentators, Croydon?
The live ones on BBC1 had no complaints about the penalty and Chesney's dismissal.

The Greek red card was worthy of Clattenburg, though.

Lee Dixon naturally thought it was never a red and that Snoozny was trying to pull out of the challenge despite all the evidence being contradictory to his bias, I mean opinion.

I missed the actual challenge (mainly due to having to fill in a Greek friend of mine on what was going on), but when I came back for the replays of the foul and setting up the penalty they were laying into the ref again.

Didn't watch the post-match analysis.
Can't say that I'm surprised.
