Kilgallon is a quality centre-back, certainly at this level. Joking aside, I'd be very happy with Kilgallon annd I think he's more realistic than Turner.
Wonder if Aunty Brucie will try and tempt Black away from the chaos of Blackburn Rovers? He has been an ever present in Aunties managerial career to date.
This was meant as a giggle for Scoots, but in all honesty I would prefer Killgallon to Mike Turner as he will be the cheeper option. We have excellent centrebacks and good youngsters following them. But we lack cover until Hobbsie comes back so if Killer isn't in MONs mind as first team choice then perhaps we could get him on loan for 6 months.
Will wait and see the interview on Tigers Player to hear what is said about the backroom staff. Would thought he'd keep what it here.
I think udders were wanting 7 mil or something ridiculous for Rhodes and that was before they were promoted.
I think Im right in thinking Gordon is the only released Sunderland player, so if Bruce was to go back to his old club for outfield players we would probably have to pay a fee or be on loan
We obviously need a keeper (and a back-up). Defence is a tricky area. Hobbs and Chester are a brilliant partnership, but with Hobbs injury, you have to decide whether Cooper is good enough to take over for a few months. Even then, you probably need back-up - the problem comes if you spend money on a quality CB, and Hobbs returns from injury. It would be nice if we got Heskey, that would be a great signing. Other than that, i'd like a good winger or two. So, GK (x2), Defensive cover, Winger(s), ST
Football league site saying a 3.5m bid has been made, by hull city. Sure there will be many mire rumors floating around, but is this guy any good? as I know nothing about him
