The biggest problem I think is, in the olden days, we'd have just read about it in the local papers or heard about it on the radio. Nowadays, with instant communications and 24/7 news, we expect to know everything the instant it happens, and waiting for news just seems unreasonable.
The processes and discussions etc that are required to appoint someone to a managers role haven't really changed, and clearly the Allams don't deal in gossip or speculation so until they have an actual announcement to make, they will say nothing, this adds to the sense of frustration around not knowing whats going on by people who aren't used to, or have forgotten what it is to wait and they start claiming it's a farce, when the reality is, it isn't. Its actually just being done properly, professionally and will be announced when its ready.
I hate waiting for info as much as anyone, but if that waiting means when Im told something, its solid, reliable and true, I'd rather that than being fed what amounts to teasers, or worse, misinformation.
