The context Suarez and Pacheco said what they said in are very different. One was to a mate and the other said in anger to a stranger. The words used were also different. Negrito and Negro.

How do you know he hasn't?

He could wait until he leaves LFC before taking legal action?

Anyway this isnt about Suarez, its about a daft Liverpool youngster whos done something in poor taste thats harmless. Racism in football should be dealt with harshly though as its the only way to get the message across.

Ermmmmmmmmmmmmmm....................... Yes they are, because Suarez or the said player would have proved that he is innocent in a REAL court, so if the football authorities then banned him they would be breaking his human rights.Which would mean Suarez suing football authorities for 10s of millions,

Exactly like Bosman,Mr Bosman prove the rules that football authorities had in place (FIFA,UEFA,FA),were not allowing FREE movement of trade, and therefore illegal. The real law courts sh*t all over the FIFA,FA,UEFAs rules from a great height

But didnt Suarez admit to calling Evra a negro? I know its supposed to be acceptable in spanish speaking countries but thats not much different to saying its fine in Russia..... there not known for their anti racism views in spanish speaking countries are they? The Spanish themselves are well known for racism in football after all.

So what would be his case exactly? Something beyond the racial slur itself?

Also when did being allowed to play professional football become a human right? It doesnt prevent his right to work so I dont know if he would successfully argue that point. Its possible but unlikely.

Did Bosman go to court in every country under the jurisdiction of Uefa?

But his ruling in a Belgian court was valid in every country under the jurisdiction of Uefa.

  11. So how is that possibly fair or right in any way shape or form...? If black people do not like the word, don't use it yourself. Of course, that is also grouping people together in the same way as football fans do - example, if one says Spearing is world class to opposition fan then all Liverpool fans think Spearing is world class. clearly not right as everyone is entitled to an opinion.

Personally, I think the world as gone completely raving bloody mad and is completely ****ed up <ok>

You have just been racist saying Spanish are racist, and dont tell me they arnt a race cos they are, racism is when one group of believe they are superior to another, you by that statemnet are inferring that the group of people you belong to arte better than the Spansih

You really arnt the sharpest knife in the box are you

Bosman WON his case, AND HE was still allowed to play, so someone with a admonishmnet in a REAL COURT, it is fair to say would be having his human rights broken, if he was banned from plying HIS TRADE, despite being cleared in a real court. The fact is if Suarez took this case to a REAL COURT and won,the FA would have IMMEDIATELY retracted there ban for fear of having themselves sued to the verge of f**kin bankrupcy.AND YOU KNOW IT

So get a grip, come and join us in the real world, and admit you havnt got a f**kin clue what your on about <ok>

Lol what would be Suarez' case when he admitted to the offence against him in the evra case. He said he used the word Negro and I dont think anyone believes it was in a positive or even neutral sense.

So whats he suing everyone for?

Also what the **** has the bosman case got to do with the Suarez one? One involves a player banned for an offence and the other a player arguing about his right to leave a club after his contract expired.

Negro - a person with dark skin who comes from Africa (or whose ancestors came from Africa)
****** - (ethnic slur) extremely offensive name for a Black person; an impolite name for a Negro

    From a thesaurus <ok>

So going by the above definitions : Suarez described Evra Factually. Evra was offending Hasselbank.

The other irony is Suarez used the LESS OFFENSIVE WORD "Negro" once, which means black in Spanish. This is guy who was prepared, to miss a world cup semi final for his country. And in fact is himseld quarter cast,is called negrito by his wife, and shared a house with a black guy when playin for his first club national

Evra the hypocritical, lyin scumbag whose ego is that big he walks out on his own f**kin country at the biggest football tournamnet in the world,After being involved in 3 prior claims of racism allegation, all of which were the accused was acquited. He uses the MORE OFFENSIVE WORD "******s",and claims on oath in the FA trial that less offensive negro is extremely painful to him

LFC made a mistake with the Evra/Suraez thing in my book, not the stance they took on it, they shudda took it to a REAL COURT, and amde Evra look like the s**mbag he is

While I agree that it wasn't the smartest thing to do how many Brits had even heard the word before the Suarez case? Suarez's offence seemed to be that he should've known, after a year of learning the language, that the term was likely to offend according to British culture. Evra himself said he didn't believe Suarez is racist. But the FA couldn't afford to accept it was a cultural misunderstanding because it would have been presented as them going soft on the issue, after all the fuss immediately preceding it with Blatter's statement. There's also the charge that the FA had an agenda to stand in contrast to Blatter in order to embarrass him and FIFA for the slap in the face over our World Cup bid. Liverpool were denied an appeal because the noise from the media and people in the game made out it would just cause further embarrassment and the club had no right to question a 135-page FA report. This from the media which never stopped questioning the very long report which said there was only one rogue reporter hacking phones at the NotW.
