How much have you got Marin for? Hendo for £16m, Downing for £18m and Carroll for £35m comes to £69m. Hazard for £28m (£80m if you're to believe agent fees add-ons etc according to Telegraph), Hulk for £38m is £67m so far, so Marin for £2m???

Marin was around £6m, I calculated all fees and there was £4m difference. I think the main point is that we purchased 3 much better players for around the same transfer fee as you did.

Hulk deal '90 per cent' complete as Chelsea prepare to wrap up transfer for highly-regarded Porto striker

Chelsea are finally close to a £40 million deal to sign Porto striker Hulk with sources claiming on Tuesday night that the transfer was “90 per cent” complete.

There was some confusion over the fee that the Portuguese club would accept, however, with officials claiming they still want £60 million – which Chelsea will not pay.the transfer is moving closer.Porto have accepted that they cannot demand the €100 million (£80 million) release clause in Hulk’s contract is met and are open to negotiations especially as the 25-year-old Brazilian international has made it clear that he is desperate to leave.
Hulk — full name Givanildo Vieira de Souze – scored 21 goals in 38 appearances last season as he helped guide Porto to their second successive league title.
Hulk can play on the right of an attacking trio, or through the middle, with Chelsea having already signed Eden Hazard for £34 million, along with £6.5 million Marko Marin as Abramovich overhauls his squad.

Why don't you see how they perform first of all before making comparisons...

Your last big money signing didn't exactly take to Chelsea like a duck to water, did he?
