maybe, but i trust them above murdoch's empire at the moment! either way, he's gone, we knew it was coming at some point, we need a replacement
Malky Mackay looks the obvious choice unless Steve Bruce is prepared to work with a minimal budget...
No, our chairman said it at the end of season dinner and it was on the local media, i'm only relaying that what SSN is saying is contradictary.
Bruce! yep, malky would be a sentimental choice. other mentioned runners are poyet, grayson, houghton - i.e the same people mentioned for Swansea. Enjoy watching it from the sidelines - you boys have had enough drama in recent times
Hughton is £2.5 million and will probably stay at Brum, Poyet would be a Swansea target based on his playing style and Grayson might want to stay put after just a few months at Huddersfield. There's always Ray 'My word, hic!' Wilkins...
Well SSN has just read a message from the board saying he wants out and is talking to another club and they are sadened.
I think à ge Hareide wants away from Viking and would love to follow in Woy's footsteps to the PL! Just the man for Norwich, a very experienced ex-Norway national team manager, and total Cr*p!
Gotcha! I just remembered Hareide played for Norwich from 82 - 84. He's perfect for them! He likes to experiment with Turnips too. Latest Hareide fashion is man on man marking at the back (which I heard they love in Norwich), with scored 1, let in 9 during their last 3 games, and that with the benefit of only losing 1-0 to the bottom club!
Mick 'grumpy' McCarthy, the only manager who can sniff around corners. He has got a right ugly bugle!
karma is a bit of a bitch! Oh well, i think we knew lambert would move on, its just a surprise he's gone to villa really. He's left us in a great state however, with little debt left, and a good young squad of talented players. Wish him luck (except against us) and i hope we can get on with replacing him and reinforcing for next season.
But can they play so good and look so talented under some other manager guidances.....? I believe lambert was the main architecht of your fine team and he was the main tactic wizard too. So is your playing system so good that the possible new manager wont change it bring his own players with him? Hughes had four months time and five good players to go with and he did escape just barely. Im only saying.......
Wish you luck with that BC. Changing managers is a bit like changing wives. The acid test is after the honeymoon. Still, it worked for us, and it can work for you.
well obviously this is going to come down to personal opinion, but i believe our players have qualities that are independent of Lambert. They're fitness, determination (covered a massive distance last season between them) and their never say die attitude to the game are qualities that they as players own, and if a manager comes in who supports those ideals, there's nothing to say they'll lose them.
