Does anybody know whether, with a one year rolling contract, it would make much difference to compensation if we gave permission to talk?
Just seems that, if he's saying 'let me talk to them or I'll quit', we might as well let him, unless it hugely changes the compo.
we are due just under £1m in compensation. a staggeringly low amount but if he has quit, it would go to tribunal so we may get slightly less
