I think for once I'm more of a pessimist than you, Marko. I fail to see the club being worth anything - then or now. The 2 greatest asset groups a club has are its players & its premises. We don't have any premises & are locked into bastard long term contracts to use ER & TA. As for the players, net worth of what, £5-6m now, & possibly the same 2 years ago? And I think I'm being generous with that valuation. £90m for £6m of assets & a premises millstone round your neck? Even £10m would be exorbitant.
Whitejock, assets is only one way to value a business. Turnover and EBITDA are two others

The club mention "long term investment" which is about as vague as they could get, and it's known that the parties who are in talks want to buy the club, not just invest.
