Come off it - I will challenge you to a tipping comp any time old man <laugh> you are lucky my selection wasn't around to stop you from being skint today ;) E.O.S.

Btw opened up an email before from a certain Mr Evzona - running the London Bupa 10k again for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Limited. I know people haven't always got on with him and it is easy to know why but I must give the bloke credit for what he does- couldn't dream of doing that at my age never mind his. Shame he has to spoil it with his boasting.

In the lucky last at Catterick, there are a couple of maidens that might go close at a decent price and are worth a small EW punt.

Concurred mate, its a warm up to a marathon Oddy, try doing ten mile 35lb on your back, in boots wearing a helmet and and carrying a 9lb weapon system on undulating ground once a week.

Still respect to anyone who does anything for a worthy cause, i have three charities that i do work for Army Benevolent Fund, Felix Fund and did a lot of work for St Oswalds Hospice in Newcastle.
