The Sun are reporting that Ticketus will not oppose Rangers' CVA and will pursue Whyte to recover their dosh instead.

It only remains for HMRC to agree to the CVA and all the timmy excitement about what sanctions would be imposed on a newco will be an irrelevance.

So if Newco is a "No Go" then Original Rangers FC will have to face the music with regards to the EBTs Dual Contracts?
