    I just C&P'd the tweet when someone else re-tweeted it, but I can see your point.


    I think perhaps as well as scouting it also extends to the Community Projects that the Saints Foundation run in Africa also?

    Very much so. Reed and Cortese targetting Eastern Africa as a lot of other clubs are already up and running in the West and North.
