I'd heard he was going to take up a part-time coaching role within the Academy and do some media work potentially also.

Hes a real role model for some of the younger players, looks like he will be sticking around which is great.

Radhi Jaidi will be taking up an ambassadorial role with Southampton to develop the club's links in Africa.
