Pachecos massive quality is his finishing When he was at Barcelona he was nicknamed "el asasino" (the assassin), he can poach really good looking goals from everywhere. Look at his Ipswich goal. He had an open net effectively but he still went for the top corner lol
Yeah I remember he is class I was just wondering as we often have an issue of lack of pase in the striking department... if someone could help Jackson finish we may score a few more, though it is our defence that need more work on it!
He's certainly no slowcoach and times his runs well. Low center of gravity helps a lot. I wouldn't say he's as good as Hoolahan at bringing others in to play but he is young and thats a skill that often needs to be honed. It certainly wouldn't take him long to gel and if we can teach him the art of the hoolahan back-tracking (seriously, Hoolahan will take on anyone, regardless of size, and you'd be amazed how many times he wins the ball) and we've got ourselves a player. I think we'd need a proper looka t hime though as he hasn't played a lot of football. Either getting him on trial here when pre-season starts to have a good look or watching him play some liverpool pre-season games. Whatever happens I don't think he's in Liverpools plans for the long term, but If a deal happens it will be quite late.
just been told about some rumour sites saying we've signed him and curtis davies but none reputable currently zero reliable sauces, only aldi home brand ketchup at the mo.
According to @fourth_official on Twitter we have officially approached Liverpool about a permanent deal for Pacheco.
Excellent, Excellent news The more I think about Dani the more I think it would be frigging awesome to get him in the fold. If Liverpool agree, I don't think theres any way he'll turn it down I like to think Lambert left the door open for him, go to europe, see how it goes, and theres always a place for you here
That guy is an Everton fan so you would think he might know something. Also, he has been pretty spot on about other transfers in the past.
I've seen rumours for a few days now, It may be just because he's playing tommorow but we'll see. Would'nt be shocking if he's a transfer target
it's clear Liverpool don't see him in their plans, especially with a new manager coming in i think he could be an awesome signing!
We should kidnap him tomorrow night and not release him until he signs for us ..... He's just the kind of player we need and would work well with .... errrr ..... Holty
How reliable is this @Fourth_offical guy? cos he's just tweeted that OGS will be the new Aston Villa manager. Which would be his second piece of good news for norwich fans this evening.
We know what he is capable of, he knows the club and the players and the players know him which is a great advantage to the team. It wouldn't take him long to settle in.
Would love to see him join us, even though Jackson can fill in I think we genuinely miss having a natural second striker Pacheco fit's that role perfectly.
Please let this be true. We don't have anyone in our side with his composure on the ball, he takes people on as well as having great vision for passing and spotting runs. He would really help us out if he came to us on a permanent deal. He was in the Barca B team as a youngster and came through their youth system. He exhibits that composure of Barca players when he is on the ball. Last term as we were in the Championship we didn't get to see all his quality as the league is a bit more physical than the Prem we would see the real Pacheco in the prem.
I will be honest, fourth official hardly ever gets it wrong but he does on the rare occasion. He even tweeted a couple of weeks ago the eden hazard would give Chelsea serious consideration if they won the champs league although only the manc clubs were linked in the media. Knowing behold look who could be signing him now. I am really hoping we pull of pacheco signing cause we will have 2 top young Spanish players in our side which is something I never thought I would see tbh.
