It does seem cruel he had to fly all the way to Boston to get sacked, when they could have used email, or a post-it note. Well, I say quite sincerely, I'll miss him. Best Liverpool manager Spurs fans ever had.

He obviously doesn't know much about The American businessman if he thought that they wouldn't drag him all the way to Boston to tell him he's fired.

  8. Exactly - and even when they are on your side, most of them are reluctant to use their passports - that's if they actually have one!!

AVB would be a good choice I reckon.

Hopefully they'll go for Benitez again or Terry Connor :D

  10. The Great Deluded are now considering whether Pep Guardiola would be a good option..... You really couldn't make this stuff up!!
They will probably decide he's not good enough for their mighty Reds.....

  11. Well, as I wrote yesterday, on another post, I'd love to be a fly on the wall when they give Kenny-boy his marching orders. Of course, it was coming, only the fools in the 'Pool-loving media believed he'd be given any more time. Let's face it, he was completely and utter inept, in every possible department.

As for new candidates, I reckon we've got to stick with Scouse legends, so I am going to put my money on the following:-

    Jimmy Tarbuck
    Tom O' Connor
    Cilla Black

Any of whom would probably do a better job than Kenny-boy.

  12. And would guarantee a 'Lorra Lorra' Larfs!!!! Although possibly fewer than we managed with Kenny

I can heartily recommend they bring in a Scottish manager whose name has "...leish" in it. They won't even have to pay compensation for his services...

Rogers Martinez and RDM are "not big enough" for the Scousers. The situation will be just the same as it was with Uncle Roy; Players not performing and fans not getting behind the manager. How long before the deluded Scousers think they bring Guardiola to Klanfield?

  15. They're already there, my friend.

    I know! It beggars belief.

His time was when he stopped many years ago and he should not have come back. I always considered him along with Mark Hughes a bit of a misfit in the PL and out of time. I am surprised by the sacking though which means Darren Bent either stays at Villa or goes who knows where. There was talk about Arry going to Anfield wasn't there? Still won't save them from mid table obscurity next season.

My bad fellas. Of course The Chosen One could be clearing his desk. Who needs to manage the Spanish champions and the club that has won the European Cup more than anybody else, when you could manage the 2012 Carling Cup winners?

Be thankful you seem to have a good man in Daniel Levy at the helm.

I would just ask though, take the piss, revel in our shambles, but the Dogleish, KKK names are just disrespectful
