Have you noticed the number of charity shops in Helensburgh these days? That,combined with a burnt out pub on the main drag, won't go down well with Waitrose.

The pub's been demolished red. Loads of Charidee shops I know but better that than empty shops. I was in Girvan a few months ago and that's a ghost town, depressing as ****. Even the charity shops are sheeite.
