After 20 years or so I gave up 6 months ago. After about 3 weeks it's a doddle, just make sure that you never smoke a single *** again and don't use any of the "quiting aids". This site helped motivate me: http://whyquit.com/

I'm 31 and have been smoking for 20 years 
I started after I heard of the health benefits of covering your lungs in a healthy brown tar.
Went to buy ***s last week at the local Asian shop and paid ã7.15.
I am going to stop this week, even the weans are ripping the piss out of me.
I've got a book in the house that is supposedly a good aid to stopping.
