Holt never had a hope, months ago it was me who told you lot to shut up about Holt and start talking about Ruddy as a deserved England contender.

The good news is that although he's unlikely to feature in the tournament, Ruddy is bound to feature as a sub in the friendlies to get a feel for the jersey. That will be something like the fourth or fifth Norwich England cap, congratulations.

They're two totally separate issues I don't see how complaining about the lack of respect shown to Holt has any kind of impact on the achievement of the mighty John Ruddy. Take your WUMming elsewhere please

Pilkington deserves to be in England squad more then Downing. Pilks has got goals, assists and take to the league brilliantly. Same old england for Hodgson's reign by looks of things.
