I actually had a pen pal in school from Ghana, he was looking for a pal in the Rangers news, so I got into contact with him. Ended up bored and stopped writing to him.

He actually turned up at my mums house about 5 years ago with his burd, my dad said she was a babe from one of the Slavic countries. He said he was studying medicine in Vienna and was visiting Scotland and thought he'd come for a visit.

Prince Owuso Kodom was his name.

edge in pen pal embarrassment hell

I remember our primary school "adopted" a wee african fella called Gidudu. Basically we would all bring in coppers to send over to him to buy him books pencils n **** for school. He would write to us and the head teacher would read his letters out at assembly. We managed to save enough cash for him to buy a bike for cycling to school but one day we got a dread letter, poor wee Gidudu was ran over by a bus on his way to school, he was riding the bike we bought him. We killed that boy indirectly. I remember some mad **** saying to the head: Can we get another one? <laugh> and we did aswell!!

This might be him? He sent me a photo of him in a Rangers shellsuit, but I can't remember what he looks like.

I'm surprised it wasn't the other way round but the letter reading at the end that the lad Norm had has his bike stolen whilst he went into the chippy. Africa > Scotland.

To be fair, those flats are coming down. Those were once the tallest flats in Europe <cool>

It's weird, the let the indegenous folks live in the slums for decades, then when all the refugees come, the homes are not hospitable any more and they knock them down.
