Wrong. They were the third worst side of the division, saved by some shocking refereeing in the Bolton Stoke game. Of the teams coming up, I only think they really stand a chance against Blackpool, should they get promoted. Can see QPR finishing bottom next season. They'll do well if they scrape 17th again.

The stoke game wouldnt have mattered if we didnt have a shocking reffing decision of our own when a ball was 3 feet over the line at bolton but wasnt given.
Wed have been safe before the last day.

from the guardian.

But, as the Guardian’s Dominic Fifield points out, QPR had some bad luck of their own this season. “On the luck thing, remember Clint Hill did score for QPR up at the Reebok [but the goal was disallowed]. Had that goal stood, it might not have come down to the last day. It does sort of even itself out a bit.”

How many of QPR's players have been linked with the national side?

I thought you had a team full of internationals like Wright-Phillips?

oh... sorry.

Beefy, doesn't Southampton have more chance of an england international in Ricky Lambert than big-spenders QPR? Kind of says it all, that after all your £££ spent, none of your players are in contention, yet a championship team have such a player

NEWSFLASH

Hello six fingered friends! use one of your 3 ears and listen to the radio. Lambert is now Fav to take over at Villa.
Will he take Grunt Hulk with him. then maybe you can have Heskey

What are we? Davy Crockett and our Wild Front Ear now?

NEWSFLASH. Lambert has been linked with jobs at Burnley and West Ham in the past. He has been tipped for this for weeks. It's hardly new news.

Yes, well done, you've realised Norwich are a little bit nervous, but the fact that Martinez turned this job down last year won't have escaped Lambert's notice. Nobody knows who will get the job and frankly, I don't think Lambert has the experience for it yet. Benitez looks keen though...

I watched 'the hills have eyes' the other day and your fans remind me of that film. <ok>

Ive got a friend who had to move there and another that sometimes has to work there for a week and they both think its a hell hole. Ive never taken the risk of going there myself as Ive seen that film.

Disallowed goals, what a pathetic excuse.

If your strikers had done their job in the first place and performed they would have scored goals rendering that arguement irrelevant.

QPR are such a joke!

1) They were by far the 4th worst side of the division, saved by the fact that there existed 3 worse teams.

2) Their squad is littered with useless, old, overpaid, underacheiving, underperforming journeymen. You will have to spend £20m just to have a chance, considering that Southampton and Reading will put up a better fight to survive than useless Wolves and Blackburn.

3) Find me ANYONE who wants a single one of your players? Barton - Liability. Cisse - Good, but gets sent off every 2nd game. Taarabt - poor cry baby was sulking most of the season. Face it your squad is a complete bunch of losers.

4) Norwich are by far the better side, as evidenced when we took 6 points off you. Our squad is a million times better, younger, not full of 30 year old mercenaries. Plus, you don't have Grant Holt, the 15 goal superstar, who is Captain Marvel.

5) Your financial situation is hilarious, if you had been relegated with the new league rules including financial penalties for those spending above their means, you would have been liquidated. Keep on hoovering up the premier league's ****test players, be my guest!

6) So what if Lambert leaves, McNally is far more important to our club, and he will find a suitable replacement, who should we not stay up given the squad we have assembled, should be shot. Considering the fact that it took a good few months for our league 1 purchases to get properly acclimatised, next season we will hit the ground running.

7) You only have 2 decent players in the club, cisse and faurlin. The rest are dreadful and would struggle to get onto our bench, let alone our starting line-up.

Far too much knowledge about our squad here, you're clearly in denial. Get your hoops out for the lads

All these Dick Van Dykes are bizarrely pleased about the prospect of Lambert potentially being linked with a possible move that hasn't quite possibly been confirmed by the speculating meedja...

One might suspect that they are little bitter about a couple of things that have happened this year?

Can't think of them though, anyone able to help me out?

"Barton Your Breath Stinks!" Suddenly springs to mind. haha
